Quarterly Review Schedule

Applications are accepted throughout the year.

Applications are reviewed four times each year during the first part of:

• January

• April

• July

• October

Applications received after a review cycle has started will be considered during the next quarterly review.

Applicants will be notified of the funding decision by email after each review cycle.

How the Process Works

Step 1 — Submit Your Application

Complete the online application and provide as much information as possible.

Step 2 — Quarterly Review

Your application will be reviewed during the next scheduled quarterly review period.

Step 3 — Application Evaluation

Applications are reviewed for:

• Eligibility

• Financial need

• Available funding

• Whether other assistance programs may apply

If additional information is needed, we will contact you by email.

Step 4 — Grant Payment

If approved, we prefer to issue payment directly to the appropriate:

• Clerk of Circuit Court for court-related costs

• Newspaper for required publication costs

Step 5 — Notification

Applicants will receive an email with the funding decision and next steps.
